It's genuinely a pleasure to welcome you, and I'm grateful that you've found your way here. My name is Frankie, the reader behind Ouroboros Readings. I love using my gift to help people and am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to have read for people from around the world. Readings can be profoundly healing and serve as an excellent (and necessary) act of self-care. They provide clarity and guidance for specific situations or questions you may have. A reading is a dedicated time we spend together, focused on gathering messages for your highest good. I am committed to creating a safe and heartfelt space, treating each reading as the treasured privilege it is to connect with you.
There are three types of readings I offer:

Frankie Ashcroft
Since childhood, my psychic abilities have been a part of my identity. My mother recalls stories of me conversing with spirits as young as 4 years old. However, it wasn't until I met my paternal grandmother at 19 that I discovered the origins of these gifts. My grandmother helped me understand my abilities, taught me not to fear them, and encouraged me to gain greater mastery over them on my own terms. When she passed away, she left me her tarot cards, a crystal ball, and a gold and silver snake necklace, symbolizing the legacy of our connection.
I began offering readings in 2012, but it wasn’t until 2019, when I started studying at the College of Psychic Studies in London, that I seriously committed to developing my abilities and expanding my knowledge. With the support and expertise of exceptional teachers, I gained the tools needed to channel and refine my gifts effectively.
Beyond my work as a psychic reader, I am also a mother and wife. Originally from the UK, I reside in California with my family, surrounded by our beloved pets. And if you follow @ouroboros_readings on Instagram, you will have met Cora, our beautiful Toffee Belly Western Hognose snake and mascot!
Code of Conduct &
Ethics
Please review the Code of Conduct and Ethics established by Ouroboros Readings. The reader and clients are required to comply with these guidelines. The points listed here are designed to ensure the safety of everyone involved in our practices. It's important to be aware that the covered areas include sessions.
Please be advised that when scheduling a session with the reader, you will automatically be consenting to our code of conduct policy.
Ouroboros Readings Code of Conduct:
1.1 During a session with the client, the reader at Ouroboros Readings is not obliged to address questions related to health, legal matters, financial issues, predictions, pregnancies, death, and/or love life issues.
1.2 The reader reserves the right to end any scheduled reading at any point during the appointment if they feel uncomfortable or unsettled for themselves or their client. In such cases, the reader is not required to refund the session; this is at the discretion of the reader.
1.3 Rude or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. If a reader encounters such behavior, they have the right to terminate or cancel the session without providing a refund.
1.4 If the reader believes that the client's well-being is not suited for a reading or if the client may benefit more from alternative help, such as a doctor or qualified therapist, the reader can terminate the session and offer guidance. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of the reader.
1.5 Clients booking a session are aware that the reader is not qualified therapists, doctor or legal professional.
1.6 Guidance may be provided during the session, but clients acknowledge that it is not a prediction, and they retain full control and free will to act as they wish after the session.
1.7 The reader will keep sessions confidential unless there are concerns for the client's safety or mental health.
1.8 Any video or audio recordings require consent from both the client and reader before being initiated. Recordings will be kept confidential unless the situation described in Code of Conduct 1.7 arises.
1.9 Sessions are to be conducted solely between the reader and the booked client. Any audience members must leave the room during the session.
1.10 If the reader struggles to connect with the client booked via Zoom, the reader will wait no longer than 10 minutes before canceling the session. Refunds will be at the discretion of the reader.
1.11 If the reader is unable to connect with the client in a reading format, the reader has the authority to terminate the session with a full refund to the client.
1.12 Readers will allow space in sessions for clients to calm and comfort themselves if and when sensitive issues arise.
1.13 Bookings made for the same type of reading within less than 6 months of each other allow the reader the authority to cancel and refund the session or reschedule it to another time slot that adheres to the ethical standpoint of no sessions booked within 6 months of each other.
1.14 All clients must be 18 years or older. Any client under this age must be accompanied by an adult/guardian during the session.
1.15 The name on the booking must match the client attending the session unless the appointed reader has been notified otherwise. This may apply to online purchases for a loved one. If the client wishes to book a session in another individual's details, they must inform Frankie Ashcroft before the session. Failure to do so gives the reader the right to terminate the session with no refund provided.
Ethics
At Ouroboros Readings, it is our responsibility to ensure that all clients experience mental safety, security, and comfort through the services provided. Accordingly, the following ethics will guide our practices:
2.1 Ouroboros Readings ensures that the readers has been trained to a high standard in delivering sensitive messages and maintaining mindfulness of both the client and themselves.
2.2 Ethically, at Ouroboros Readings, we pay attention to our clients' emotional needs. If we believe that a qualified therapist would be best suited for a client at a particular time, we will encourage the client to seek this support before proceeding with any booked readings.
2.3 At Ouroboros Readings, we recommend that the same type of readings be spaced at least 6 months apart from the client's previously booked session.
2.4 If a client feels that the reader was rude or unprofessional, they have the option to file a formal complaint at ouroborosreadings@gmail.com. The issue will be thoroughly investigated, and a follow-up will be provided.
2.5 Ouroboros Readings encourages the reader to consistently develop their skillsets, gifts, and therapeutic studies. This commitment ensures that clients receive a balanced and ethical standard of practice.
Ouroboros
The enchanting ouroboros weaves a tapestry of meanings across diverse cultures and mythologies. Ancient Egyptians saw it as a symbol representing the divine cycles of time, life, death, and rebirth. To alchemists, the ouroboros embodied the symbol of the interconnected unity of all. Even if snakes aren't your cup of tea, their symbolism has been associated with the mystical for millennia. It's would be a struggle to name a religious tradition devoid of the enigmatic presence of the serpent.
When my grandmother passed she left me with the gift of intuition, the tools to harness that gift, and a silver and gold snake necklace. Ouroboros Readings is named in honor of my grandmother, Edith and my deep respect of the mystical symbol of the snake.
